All around the world, missionaries are supported by Ponderosa Basin Chapel for the purpose of preaching the Gospel in the name of Jesus Christ. Our missionaries are a diverse group who supply their host country with a wide range of skills in areas such as economic development, medical aid, language translation and education. Our missionaries are affiliated with the following organizations: Wycliffe, Mission Aviation Fellowship, Overseas Crusade International, Frontiers, Message of Life, World Access Project, Child Evangelism Fellowship, Pioneers, Students International, Equip and Gospel Recordings.

In addition to financial support we consider prayer support to be of utmost importance. We also strive to offer support and encouragement to our missionaries through ongoing correspondence. We look forward to each of our missionary’s visits to Ponderosa Basin Chapel when we, as a congregation, have the opportunity to get to know our missionary friends on a more personal level and learn more about their ministries.

Ponderosa Basin Chapel is a “sending church” as well. Each year several short-term groups and individuals are sent out to minister.
