Pastor Dave Gunderson is a native Californian, who graduated in 1972 as a Governor's Scholar. He attended UCSB, Pacific Christian College (now Hope International University) and graduated from San Jose Bible College (now William Jessup University) in 1977 with a BA, summa cum laude. Post-graduate studies were completed at Talbot Theological Seminary, with a M. Div. degree in 1981. Ordained in January 1981, he has served in full-time Christian ministry for over 20 years. Hobbies include golf and bicycling. Golf exploits include a hole-in-one and a low round of 71.

 Assistant Pastor Ryan Cody grew up in the once small farming community of Hanford. He graduated with a degree in Agricultural Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and was heading for a teaching career, when the Lord re-tooled the compass. Ryan then began serving as a Jr. and Sr. High pastor in his home church, First Baptist Hanford. Three and a half years later, he walked the line with an M.Div. from Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary. Ryan lives with his wife Michelle in Ponderosa Basin.

 Charlotte Legros, Director of Children's Ministries, comes from So. California. She was raised in a once very little beach town of Huntington Beach. She went to school at Pacific Christian College. She has two married children, and five grandchildren. Charlotte and her husband of 38 years moved here in 1999. They had been visiting other ex-Downey people for about 20 years and decided this was the place to live. Charlotte loves nature and all that God puts around her in the mountains and thinks she has a little bit of Heaven here. How could she be so blessed to have this job?
